Our 13u and under conditioning program puts a focus on speed and explosiveness. There may be an introduction to our weightlifting program to show players proper technique, however, the majority of players in this age bracket should only focus on resistance training rather than weight training.
These 13u and under condition sessions are geared to create more athletic youth players while increasing their strength, speed and agility. This program meets 3 times a week (Tuesday and Thursday evenings plus Saturday mid-day. Once registration is filled, we will send out the exact time schedule for each group.
